Road Less Traveled

“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I–
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.”

…Robert Frost

Food For Thought

I am not made like any of those I have seen; I venture to believe that I am not made like any of those who are in existence. If I am not better, at least I am different.

(Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Confessions 1712-1778)

Backtracking

We all want progress, but if you’re on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive. C.S. Lewis

Admitting I made a mistake does not come easy and I cringe to waste time backtracking to the place I lost my way, but getting to the wrong place just isn’t an option.
